Varicose veins are often misunderstood as simply a cosmetic issue but they are a sign of chronic venous insufficiency (CVI) and affects about 40% of people in the USA. Varicose veins are swollen, twisted veins that you see under the skin. The veins have a one-way valve that help blood flowing towards your heart. If the valves are damaged or weak blood can back up in your veins. This causes the veins to swell causing varicose veins.
There are many risk factors for varicose veins. Some of them are age, pregnancy, family history, obesity and standing for a long period of time, and even wearing high heels. The goal of treatment of varicose veins is to reduce or stop the backflow of blood.
We offer many treatment options. These are all non-invasive outpatient procedures with minimal to no down time.

If you file Form I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status, you typically must undergo an immigration medical examination and receive vaccinations against vaccine-preventable diseases, as mandated.
Dr. Pitroda is a USCIS designated Civil Surgeon who performs these medical examinations.
Print out and bring the most recent edition of Form I-693, Report of Immigration Medical Examination and Vaccination Record, to your immigration medical examination appointment. Complete Part 1 of Form I-693 but do not sign the form until the civil surgeon tells you to. The civil surgeon will use Form I-693 to document the results of your immigration medical examination. You should also bring your medical records, including vaccination records.
The civil surgeon will complete, sign, and seal Form I-693 and any supporting documents in an envelope. You must submit the sealed envelope to USCIS as explained in the Form I-693 instructions.

Obesity is a highly prevalent condition in America, not only for adults but also for children. Fad diets are not the answer. Good nutrition, controlling calorie intake and physical activity are the only way to maintain a healthy weight. We also use leading weight loss medications like GLP-1 to help manage a healthy weight.
Glucagon-like peptide-1 (GLP-1) receptor agonists (GLP-1 RAs) are a class of medications that mimic the hormone GLP-1, which plays a role in regulating appetite and blood sugar levels. Clinical studies have shown that GLP-1 RAs can be effective for weight loss, especially in individuals with obesity or prediabetes.
Benefits:
Significant weight loss
Improved blood sugar control
Reduced risk of cardiovascular events
May improve metabolic health (e.g., cholesterol, blood pressure)
